After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are a better version of themselves.
Metcon is a nod to our CrossFit roots. It’s short for “Metabolic Conditioning”. This is essentially working out at an intensity high enough to increasing the metabolic demand (challenging your body’s energy systems) and increasing energy usage (Burn more calories).
If you want to get your heart rate up, sweat a bit, and walk out feeling energized and like you actually worked out…. this is your place!
