I got into fitness when I was cleaning my Life up. I was addicted to drugs and wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. Once I got into the gym I was lifting weight I thought I’d never be able to and it made me realize that I was mentally setting these false limits on myself. So If I was creating these mental limitations in the gym, how much was I limiting myself in life? I decided to become a coach first and foremost because I like helping people, and secondly because I hope I can get people to see how strong they are both mentally and physically. When I’m not at the gym I’m obsessed with pickle ball or play guitar.
