Member Policies
- A 30 day notice in writing to Info@Metconlb.com is required to cancel. This means members have 30 more days of payments
**after** sending in cancellation notice - no matter what billing frequency they have.
- Members can put their membership on hold in 30 day increments up to 90 days per year by emailing Info@Metconlb.com. A $20 hold fee will apply per hold per 30 days.
- Members agree to enrolling in auto-billing, and membership dues are non-refundable.
- A 30 day notice to Info@Metconlb.com is required to downgrade.
- Failed Billing: A $39 NSF fee will apply to all failed bills that don’t succeed within 48 hours of failing
