We have transitioned our workouts outdoors and are renting any and all equipment we have to our members! Your rentals are free and unlimited with your membership.
Members rent equipment for 2-weeks at a time.
We are hosting 5 classes, Monday through Friday, and 1 class on Saturday morning, at a local water-front park! Members are asked to bring equipment that they have borrowed to the park to use for the workouts.
Our daily workouts include a Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Barbell, or body weight version, so regardless of what you have our choose to use, you can participate.
New prospects are able to join our classes for 1-week, free of charge.
