Metcon Group Class
Our Metcon program combines strength training with conditioning. In this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Lift – Weightlifting Class
Lift is a 90-minute hands-on barbell class that aims to improve one’s Snatch and Clean and Jerk lifts. At its core, this course focuses on improving speed, timing, power, and strength. Whether you’re looking to perfect your technique or pursue lifting as a sport, this course is for you. All fitness levels are welcome!

Yoga is a great complement to our Metcon Training because it increases strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your Metcon workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection the vinyasa flow brings so you can really tune into your fitness. Each class is 60-minutes long.
